.So Sir Tasker Watkins V.C. is to get a Statue, to be set up at the Millennium Stadium it seems and to cost in region of £100.000. Guess what, our wonderful Assembly of Appeasement is putting up £25.00 (did I hear you say how much did they give to Corwen's Glyndwr Statue? or how much will they give to a statue of Cunedda, I wonder?) and Cardiff Council are also going to put up half, that is another £25.000, terrific!!! I have not yet any ''Brits'' spout off yet, as to how many beds in an hospital that would pay for? In case your wondering who Tasker Watkins is? I shall remind Patriots in particular, that not only was he President of the WRU for 11 years, most notably he is known as a WW II War Hero and winner of the V.C. which I find very commendable, regards his bravery in action against fascism. More than can be said for quite a few latter day ''heroes of the hour'' who have been handed medals at Rali Cilmeri during the way passed the post Adfywiad '69 period.

That part of Tasker Watkins V.C. I will admire, the non - pacifist Welsh Man just makes a change, his bravery deserves to be remembered and the noble reasons as to winning his V.C. However, there is that other ''Tasker the Taff'', in other words not just any old ''Brit'' but one that loyally served the English Crown as holder of the Grand Cross of the British Empire and Deputy Lord Chief Justice of England, following in the footsteps of 16th century Hanging Judge Rowland Lee persecutor of Welsh Rebels aka ''Bandits'' or in today's language ''Terrorists''. This Tasker Watkins of course was selected by the English Crown in 1969 to persecute & prosecute the ''Swansea FWA Nine'', myself included along with my four other Patriotic Front compatriots who had no doubt why they had been arrested and held prisoner. For sure, due to fact that we were chief organisers of the Radical Nationalist Anti - Investiture Campaign. I faced Tasker in the witness box, and witnessed his relish at being passed notes by ''Special Squad Goons" to carry out not just a legal farce but to put me under field interrogation, to see if they could solicit information in a witness box, I other wise would not reveal during Police Station Interrogations often under threat of violance and even torture in one episode of interrogation.

Once I realised what their game was, as more and more notes were passed to Task Master Tasker, for myself there was only one course of action, if I was not to provide them with any information, they might per chance have found useful. Plead guilty and get out of the witness box fast, up to then my main thought had been to try and get out of prison so I could make it to some ''Barricade Building'' in Caernarfon on 1st July 1969. Unfortunately, this was not to be, thus on 1 July 1969, at about 3:00 pm myself and two FWA compatriots, Cayo and Coslett were sentenced to further imprisonment, myself to nine months whilst Cayo & Coslett each got 22 Months. In all this Sir Tasker Watkins had a major part to play, I suspect part of the reason he's getting this statue is due to the fact of his service to the English Crown in assisting with another Investiture of another Englishman has Prince of Wales, in 1969.

I do not know where Sculptor David Petersen was in 1969, I do not think he was around for , or even of age to participate in our Adfywiad Gwladgarol against the Investiture of Carlo that year. I have come to know Petersen first regards his work on an excellent WW I memorial, mostly he's come to my attention via the equally excellent Llywelyn ap Gruffydd Fychan Memorial in Llandovery. In latter years, I've seen him on TV progs and heard him on Radio, and often saying good ''Patriotically Correct'' stuff. Plus being a leading light, regards the Inter - Celtic Festival in Lorient, although the Assembly this year shunted him aside in favour of Iwan Bala much to the squeals of horror from Petersen. Sculptor Petersen has also in recent years he's become very prominent, to the fore of the annual ''Cambrianista'' Dewi Day Parade in Caerdydd. You cannot miss him he's the big 'Pony Tailed' fella carrying a giant Baneri Dewi to fore of the parade, I very much doubt if he has any pretentions with his brother, of anymore being a ''Knight of Saint David'', as we are led to believe that the Grand Military Order of Hospitallers of Saint David no longer exists?

He has also in recent years put himself up front to the fore of the annual march from Tafarn Llywelyn to Cenotaph Cilmeri, often as not standing atop the cenotaph mound ''speechifying'' much about nothing, sure as hell nothing really radical. I remind he stands there as a so called Patriot, on ground upon which FWA/PF patriots now dead, as Cayo & Coslett, Vivian, Dai Bonner and Toni Lewis have stood calling for radical struggle. Do I have to remind that these five men, Cymric warriors and Nationalist Heroes were all persecuted by the Great Brit Tasker Watkins. So it comes of a little surprise, but not a complete surprise to read that David Petersen has slung his hat into the arena to bid for the very lucrative commission to make the Tasker Watkins Statue but hey! the Guys got to eat, a living to make. So do we let it pass bye, that's up to you fellow Patriot after all you do not have to live with the memory that this guy served the English Crown well and helped to put you in Jail, do you? However, whatever you think, one thing is for sure, I really do not know how, hence any true patriot & Radical Nationalist will ever parade behind David Petersen ever again? Do what you like at Dydd Dewi Parading but at Rali Cilmeri, may I suggest, especially to you really ''Hard Bitten Heroes'' of the Welsh Republican never, never, but rather ''noddy land'' you at least have the courage of a little conviction to tell David Petersen to buzz of, and hence hold his own rally perhaps around Taskers Statue at the Millenium Stadium.
