CILMERI 1282 COMMEMORATION 2011

Returning to the work of the Cymric Consciousness society 'Cofiwn' founded in the early 70's and demising in the mid 80's. This blog will inform on the beginnings of 'Cofiwn' and explain the inspiration for it being established and the aspirations that motivated it's advance and achievements. This 'Ysbryd Cilmeri' blog will in main be an introduction and at same time tell the story of the annual patriots gathering at Cilmeri 1966 - 2006 towards a future Adfywiad Gwladgarol Newydd.

CILMERI COMMEMORATIONS - ADFYWIAD CILMERI 2010? - ADFYWIAD CYMRU 2011?.

IT's UP TO YOU!
..
. .
MAKE IT HAPPEN?
.
However, to begin with first and foremost spend the coming year researching, preparing and organising your personal tributes to those fellow patriots and old comrades who have passed away. Yes, this means some effort on your part not least in making small green Ivy tribute crosses as below, keeping in mind they are to be placed towards back of the cenotaph generally facing the Patriots Baptism well rather than the gate. To the fore facing the gate is for the historical commemoration rather than the political commemoration I am dealing with here, as indicated below >
.
.
At Rali Cilmeri 2009 I made tribute in main to Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol of the ''Sixties Struggle'', you however may follow up with Patriots who have passed away since. So please make the effort, it's one thing to remember patriots of a long ago distant past but to forget patriots of the near past is somewhat hypocritical, patriotically shallow and not least stupid. I am still hoping to get around to putting up a blog to act as a central roll call register for patriots to archive info to, as below example produced by Denis Coslett.

Further to above see post in Welsh Remembrancer blog soon regards 30th Anniversary of Sul y Blodau arrests of 31 March 1980 which in commemoration 2010 could have a connection to the above.
.
2010 Cilmeri Commemoration will mark the 40th Anniversary of the last Cilmeri Commemoration organised by the Patriotic Front Adfywiadwyr and fellow travellers, following this Rali Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol the National Patriotic Front demised. The Free Wales Army it will be noted demised on 1st July 1969 with the written surrender made by it's commandants at Swansea Court House, that effectively brought 'Y Byddin' to an end in a rather ignoble surrender. However, despite my going into exile in Ireland Tony Lewis and other Adfywiadwyr Gwladgarol attempted to sustain existence of the National Patriotic Front. See below illustration of front cover of Vol 2 No 1 Ffrynt magazine published by Toni and to which I made contribution from Ireland, all this to be further detailed in my AWNM&S Archive blog soon.

So guess Cilmeri 2010 could be a tribute to the above history, by tribute I do not know exactly what can be done particularly now that I shall no longer be really actively concerned with the annual Cilmeri Commemoration. But I will think on it and consider various possibilities?
..
As for 2011, well that year marks 100th Anniversary of the first Caernarfon Investiture in Caernarfon. So I guess patriots will have need to focus on a mass protest mobilisation in Caernarfon on and about 1st July, followed by a really major push in a national promotion of Hanes 1282 and a Cofiwch Cilmeri Campaign throughout the land. Possibly hanging up such as below all and every where, from statues and Cadw castle sign posts etc. But that's minimum, if you want to see a real Adfywiad Gwladgarol then patriots will have need to do much more than that through 2010 and into and through 2011. So get your Patriotic thinking caps on asap, see what you can come up with, surprise me and surprise yourselves maybe?

Well that's it folks, over to you and out! One last FWA 2009 Tribute Foto, all that's over with now. I certainly do not want to encourage young patriots along that failed Welsh Patriot Military Road, remember the past but do not attempt to relive it, Do note be weary of any one who might try to talk you down that road or other wise influence you as FWA Appreciation Societies and similar web sites where the publisher does not reveal their true names and identities. Certainly do not be so stupid as to sign your names to face books and forums that over indulge in FWA or Meibion Glyndwr fantasies. Such could be MI5 'Sting Sites', you have been warned, do not be bloody daft OK! The old days and old ways are over, FIN! The below foto shows me making a tribute with some Adfywaiadwr Agit - Prop 'Open Air' Political Theatre not recruiting for a revived FWA, nor even an FWA Reenactment Society, no matter how good it feels to be 'wearing the green!'.
